So I've found a guy that has 2 or 3 400's that is interested in rebuilding (or re-assembling really) the engine.
So I packed it in the van last weekend and delivered it.
With luck I'll get back an engine ready to go again :-D

Well bad news from the guy I took the engine to
Seems the the engine may require a complete rebuild rather than just a quick top end touch up.

The original seller suggested it had had new rings and the bottom end was good
Another money pit com'n up :-?

They're all money pits, but still fun.
