Further to that...
They have an extra little lever next to the clutch lever. You put it in first gear pull the small lever an kick the shift lever down again and it has a super low crawler gear! :lol:
Pretty sure it may have had electric start as well?

I see no kick starter, so it must have electric start.
Looks real similar to a Twinstar motor.
How about that massive pinch in the exhaust where it goes behind the rear shock........

There is a kickstart shaft, but the lever was removed so yes, it has to be electric start... and it looks like a dual exhaust port single like the XR250
